L&rsquo;intention laisse davantage de place \u00e0 l&rsquo;accueil des choses, des \u00e9v\u00e8nements, elle est moins rigide que l&rsquo;objectif pr\u00e9cis qui est plus mat\u00e9riel, tangible, mais elle va l&rsquo;envelopper lui, et toutes nos occupations, de son message. L&rsquo;intention,\u00a0contrairement \u00e0 l&rsquo;objectif, n&rsquo;impose pas n\u00e9cessairement que l&rsquo;on mette en place une action. Mais \u00a0elle implique quand m\u00eame de mettre de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie sur la mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale dont on veut <em>vivre<\/em> sa journ\u00e9e ou le moment, et surtout comment on veut <em>se sentir.\u00a0<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Choisir une intention, c&rsquo;est cr\u00e9er sa r\u00e9alit\u00e9, en choisissant notre sentiment int\u00e9rieur. C&rsquo;est modeler son ressenti afin qu&rsquo;il impr\u00e8gne la mati\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p>Pensez qu&rsquo;un m\u00eame objectif avec une intention de s\u00e9r\u00e9nit\u00e9, n&rsquo;aura pas le m\u00eame impact sur soi et son entourage que men\u00e9 avec inqui\u00e9tude, ou agressivit\u00e9 par exemple &#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Il y a toute sorte d&rsquo;intention que l&rsquo;on peut envoyer\/ ou demander pour sa journ\u00e9e\u00a0: r\u00e9conciliation, surprises, joie, gentillesse, cadeaux, nourriture saine, abondance, soin de soi, pardon, gu\u00e9rison &#8230; Parmi les plus belles intentions : s&rsquo;entourer de bonheur paix et lumi\u00e8re, que l&rsquo;on peut envoyer \u00e0 tous, ou bien encore rendre heureuse chaque personne que l&rsquo;on croise. On peut choisir aussi de se sentir simplement bien avec soi m\u00eame et serein quoiqu&rsquo;il arrive.<\/p>\n<p>Ainsi, m\u00eame si l&rsquo;on sait exactement quel sera le programme de la journ\u00e9e, on peut poser une intention sur la <em>mani\u00e8re<\/em> dont on souhaite vivre et ressentir chaque moment.<br \/>\nC&rsquo;est d&rsquo;autant plus n\u00e9cessaire lorsque l&rsquo;on se sent inquiet, stress\u00e9, angoiss\u00e9.<br \/>\nUne m\u00eame journ\u00e9e prendra une toute autre \u00e9nergie si on choisit de la vivre avec une intention positive plut\u00f4t qu&rsquo;en laissant les \u00e9v\u00e8nements s&rsquo;imposer \u00e0 nous.<\/p>\n<p>Si vous \u00eates tendu, posez l&rsquo;intention de douceur en vous.<br \/>\nSi vous avez peur posez une intention de force courage, ou bien protection&#8230;<br \/>\nSi vous \u00eates angoiss\u00e9 posez la paix, la s\u00e9r\u00e9nit\u00e9.<br \/>\nSi vous vous sentez d\u00e9bord\u00e9 : d\u00e9cr\u00e9tez avoir tout le temps de faire les choses les unes apr\u00e8s les autres.<br \/>\nSi vous ne vous sentez pas aim\u00e9, posez une intention d&rsquo;amour avec chaque \u00eatre que vous croiserez et tous ceux \u00e0 qui vous penserez&#8230;<br \/>\nSi vous \u00eates dans la critique, le jugement, posez une intention d&rsquo;acceptation de ce qui vous entoure&#8230;<br \/>\nSi vous pensez \u00eatre malade posez la sant\u00e9 et la gu\u00e9rison&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Mes conseils pour r\u00e9aliser vos intentions :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Choisissez l&rsquo;intention qui r\u00e9pond \u00e0 votre inqui\u00e9tude ou besoin.<\/li>\n<li>Formulez votre intention avec des mots positifs ( n&rsquo;utilisez pas \u00ab\u00a0ne pas\u00a0\u00bb).<\/li>\n<li>Ecrivez l\u00e0 afin de bien la pr\u00e9ciser et de bien vous en impr\u00e9gner mentalement et physiquement.<\/li>\n<li>Imaginez ses effets sur vous et votre environnement.<\/li>\n<li>Agissez conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 son message ( si vous avez pos\u00e9 une intention de r\u00e9conciliation, ne provoquez pas des discussions&#8230;).<\/li>\n<li>Arr\u00eatez vous plusieurs fois dans la journ\u00e9e pour la r\u00e9affirmer.<\/li>\n<li>Vous pouvez aussi, surtout si vous \u00eates\u00a0inquiet, ou dans toute autre \u00e9motion n\u00e9gative, stopper toute activit\u00e9 pour prendre refuge dans votre intention. Invoquez l\u00e0 et laissez l\u00e0 vous\u00a0envelopper vous, et toute la situation, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 sentir un apaisement int\u00e9rieur.<\/li>\n<li>En fin de journ\u00e9e, examinez ce qu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;est pass\u00e9 et remarquez le bien -\u00eatre que vous en avez retir\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Les intentions se posent avec bienveillance et douceur, sans tension, ni en force ( elles sont en cela un peu diff\u00e9rentes des affirmations, outil \u00e9galement tr\u00e8s puissant dont je vous parlerai une autre fois ) mais vous serez surpris de la puissance de leur port\u00e9e et de leur r\u00e9alisation.<\/p>\n<p>C&rsquo;est gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 Lilou Mac\u00e9 que j&rsquo;ai d\u00e9couvert les subtilit\u00e9s des intentions et me les suis appropri\u00e9es en les combinant avec les objectifs et les affirmations.
