Ce soin du visage ancestral vient du Japon, Ko-Bi-Do signifiant \u00ab\u00a0voie traditionnelle de la beaut\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb.<br \/>\nSi je dispensais d\u00e9j\u00e0 beaucoup de conseils de beaut\u00e9 au naturel avec l&rsquo;alimentation, les huiles v\u00e9g\u00e9tales et les soins cosm\u00e9tiques bio, je ne m\u2019\u00e9tais jamais int\u00e9ress\u00e9e vraiment aux autres pratiques \u00e0 vis\u00e9e esth\u00e9tique, j\u2019avais d\u2019ailleurs quelques petits pr\u00e9jug\u00e9s \u00e0 ce sujet que j\u2019ai totalement revus !<!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Au d\u00e9part si j\u2019ai suivi une formation sur cette m\u00e9thode, c\u2019\u00e9tait d&rsquo;abord pour avoir une technique de massage bien-\u00eatre qui ne demande pas \u00e0 d\u00e9couvrir tout le corps. Je recherche d&rsquo;abord l&rsquo;aspect relaxant et on peut avoir des effets tout aussi profonds en travaillant sur des zones localis\u00e9es plut\u00f4t que sur l&rsquo;ensemble du corps. Mais aussi, j\u2019avais envie de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 un besoin de beaucoup de clientes, qui sur un plan esth\u00e9tique sont \u00e0 la recherche de m\u00e9thodes 100% naturelles et non invasives.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Je n\u2019avais pas sp\u00e9cialement d\u2019id\u00e9e sur l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 de cette pratique au niveau du visage, je m\u2019attendais \u00e0 une profonde d\u00e9tente des tissus, et donc forc\u00e9ment des traits et un teint plus repos\u00e9s mais sans plus.
