Les dattes et le sorgho donnent une saveur d\u00e9licieuse et parfum\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>50g de farine de Sorgho<\/li>\n<li>50g de farine de riz complet<\/li>\n<li>100g poudre amande<\/li>\n<li>3 oeufs<\/li>\n<li>130g de sucre roux<\/li>\n<li>1c. \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de bicarbonate de soude alimentaire<\/li>\n<li>12 dattes d\u00e9noyaut\u00e9es<\/li>\n<li>1 pinc\u00e9e de sel<\/li>\n<li>60g d&rsquo;huile olive<\/li>\n<li>Noix 40g + d\u00e9co<br \/>\n<!--more--><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>M\u00e9langer ensemble la farine de sorgho, de riz, la poudre d&rsquo;amande, le bicarbonate de soude alimentaire, le sel.<\/p>\n<p>A part fouetter le sucre et les oeufs, puis ajouter alternativement le m\u00e9lange de farine et l&rsquo;huile.<br \/>\nCouper les dattes en petits morceaux, concasser les noix, les ajouter \u00e0 la p\u00e2te en m\u00e9langeant bien \u00e0 la cuill\u00e8re.<br \/>\nAllumer le four \u00e0 160\u00b0.<br \/>\nGraisser et fariner un moule \u00e0 cake, y verser la p\u00e2te, parsemer de noix concass\u00e9es.<br \/>\nMettre au four pour 40mn environ.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Un cake naturellement sans gluten, sans produits laitiers, savoureux, \u00e0 la texture moelleuse.
