J&rsquo;organise r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement des ateliers sur \u00ab\u00a0le tableau de visualisation\u00a0\u00bb, et aujourd\u2019hui je vous en propose une d\u00e9clinaison : \u00ab\u00a0La carte au tr\u00e9sor \u00bb. Contrairement au premier qui compile diff\u00e9rents buts, il s\u2019agit \u00a0ici de se focaliser sur un seul objectif \u00e0 la fois, de d\u00e9tailler le parcours pour y<br \/>\nparvenir, \u00e0 l\u2019image d\u2019une carte au tr\u00e9sor. Pour la construire on utilise des photos, des illustrations, on peut dessiner, peindre, d\u00e9couper des lettres, afin d\u2019obtenir un r\u00e9sultat tr\u00e8s visuel.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0La carte au tr\u00e9sor\u00a0\u00bb a plusieurs avantage si on la compare au tableau de visualisation :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Donne une vision d\u2019ensemble de l&rsquo;objectif<\/li>\n<li>Permet de faire un point de l\u00e0 o\u00f9 l&rsquo;on en est<\/li>\n<li>Clarifie et pr\u00e9cise l&rsquo;objectif<\/li>\n<li>Permet d\u2019en identifier les diff\u00e9rentes \u00e9tapes<\/li>\n<li>Permet de rep\u00e9rer les peurs<\/li>\n<li>Provoque le passage \u00e0 l\u2019action<\/li>\n<li>Support permettant de mesurer l\u2019avancement vers le but<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>=&gt; \u00c9videmment l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat principal de la carte au tr\u00e9sor est d\u2019activer la manifestation de son d\u00e9sir. L\u2019id\u00e9e va \u00eatre, non pas d\u2019esquiver ces peurs mais de les transformer en d\u00e9fi \u00e0 d\u00e9passer, en une r\u00e9alisation positive.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">4\/Les alli\u00e9s<br \/>\n<\/span><br \/>\n<\/strong>Faites la liste des personnes \u00a0positives, des soutiens, qui vous aideront dans ce projet. Le fait de les avoir r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement devant les yeux aide \u00e0 positiver en cas de doute, ou de ralentissement du projet.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>5\/Ce qui est d\u00e9j\u00e0 fait, vos atouts<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<div>\n<p>Faites une liste de ce que vous avez d\u00e9j\u00e0 accompli, des \u00e9l\u00e9ments d\u00e9j\u00e0 mis en place en rapport avec votre but<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>6\/Vous dans votre objectif<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\u2022Comment vous vous sentirez-vous une fois l\u2019objectif atteint ?<\/div>\n<div>\u2022D\u00e9crivez la personne que vous serez une fois le r\u00e9sultat obtenu : attitude personnelle, caract\u00e8re, d\u00e9tails physiques (v\u00eatement, coiffure, des images ou des mots<br \/>\n&gt;Illustration\/liste de vos alli\u00e9s<br \/>\n&gt;Liste de vos atouts\/ ce qui est d\u00e9j\u00e0 fait<\/p>\n<p>Sur une feuille bristol ou sur une double page de votre journal collez au centre votre objectif, votre photo \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9, et construisez votre carte avec les diff\u00e9rents \u00e9l\u00e9ments en les collant, ou les dessinant, les \u00e9crivant&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">Ajoutez y<\/span><br \/>\n&gt;Des affirmations<br \/>\n&gt;De la gratitude<br \/>\n&gt;Une check liste \u00e0 cocher<br \/>\n&gt;Une vraie\/fausse carte de visite<br \/>\n&lt;Un \u00ab\u00a0ch\u00e8que\u00a0\u00bb rempli du montant d\u00e9sir\u00e9&#8230;<br \/>\netc&#8230;.<\/p>\n<p>Certains l&rsquo;\u00e9laborent avec les codes
