Voici une recette totalement naturo, (m\u00eame si il y a de la cuisson) z\u00e9ro d\u00e9chet et plus encore. Les pommes cuites sont a la fois gourmandes digestes et r\u00e9confortantes. C\u2019est l\u2019une des meilleures option en saison froide lorsque l\u2019on a fait des exc\u00e8s, que l\u2019on doit manger le moins possible mais que l\u2019on a faim. A servir en dessert, au petit d\u00e9jeuner. Mieux encore, en monodi\u00e8te sur un repas ou sur deux trois jours pour une cure d\u00e9tox facile.<\/p>\n

\nSuper bonne et super simple avec trois ingr\u00e9dients seulement ! Choisissez des pommes qui se tiennent \u00e0 la cuisson afin qu\u2019elles ne se transforment pas en compote : reinette, golden, royal gala. Le mode de cuisson vapeur est le meilleur pour pr\u00e9server au maximum les nutriments de l\u2019aliment.<\/p>\n

\nOu casserole + panier vapeur ou marguerite
\n-Couteau \u00e9conome<\/p>\n

Ingr\u00e9dients<\/span>
\n-4 pommes
\n-Cannelle en poudre
\n-Anis \u00e9toil\u00e9<\/p>\n

Lavez, \u00e9videz et \u00e9pluchez les pommes (ne jetez pas les pelures).
\nDisposez les dans le panier vapeur.
\nSaupoudrez -les de cannelle et mettez de l\u2019anis \u00e9toil\u00e9.
\n\"\"Mettez \u00e0 chauffer de l\u2019eau dans la casserole, lorsqu\u2019elle bout ajustez le panier vapeur, et couvrez.
\nLaissez cuire 15 \u00e0 20mn environ jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que les pommes soient bien fondantes.
\nMangez-les chaudes, ti\u00e8des ou froides.<\/p>\n

>L\u2019eau de cuisson se transforme en une d\u00e9licieuse boisson chaude<\/span> aromatis\u00e9e et naturellement sucr\u00e9e.
\n>Utilisez les pelures de pommes pour une d\u00e9coction<\/span> : faites-les bouillir 5 mn dans une casserole d\u2019eau avec une rondelle de citron, un b\u00e2ton de cannelle et servez avec un peu de miel. La d\u00e9coction de pelures de pomme est \u00e9tonnamment d\u00e9licieuse.
